I take ownership of my decisions, act honestly and transparently, and build trust through consistency and fairness. Insightful & Strategic - I understand how financial decisions impact the entire business. I think beyond the spreadsheets, connecting numbers to strategy, operations, and long-term outcomes to help drive growth and profitability. High Performance Drive & Mindset - I know there's always a way to improve and am never satisfied with mediocre work. Going above and beyond is the only way I know how to accomplish tasks personally and professionally. Organized & High Attention to Detail - As I enjoy balancing multiple tasks and duties, I'm also great at compartmentalizing, prioritizing and making sure the little things are never overlooked or missed. Accountable - I take full ownership of my work and results. I hold myself and others to high standards, follow through on commitments, and take initiative to fix issues rather than wait to be told. Influential - I show up with confidence, clarity, and purpose. I can influence without dominating, inspire teams through example, and bring structure and stability even in times of change or uncertainty. Resilient- I stay steady under pressure and bounce back quickly from setbacks. I maintain focus, adapt quickly when things shift, and lead with optimism and perseverance no matter the challenge. Team Player - I work well with a strong team-focused approach that embraces the importance of the whole over any individual's contributions.
