Summary

The Sales Consultant supports territory outreach by prospecting to First Nations, transit, and care organizations in Western Canada. Through telephone and email outreach, they qualify leads, schedule product demos, and coordinate demo van logistics. Working closely with Account Executives and drivers, this role ensures client engagement and demo effectiveness while helping MoveMobility meet its outreach and growth targets.

Responsibilities

Prospecting & Sales Support • Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to initiate or deepen relationships with prospects. • Work closely with Account Executives to uncover new business leads and opportunities. • Communicate MoveMobility’s mission and services effectively to prospective clients. • Qualify prospects using company-defined criteria and send follow-up information as needed. • Record call notes, new leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system. • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify priority markets and plan outreach. • Attend weekly sales meetings and report on activity and insights. • Meet or exceed KPIs, including MCIs (Meaningful Customer Interactions) and opportunity generation. Demo Vehicle Coordination • Coordinate with Account Executives and drivers to schedule and execute demo trips. • Book vans through the demo calendar and ensure each trip is fully scheduled for maximum ROI. • Serve as the main contact for demo drivers regarding appointments and troubleshooting. • Communicate with Operations for any demo van service or repair needs. • Schedule demo routes using map software and add all demo contacts to Salesforce campaigns. • Request additional appointments as needed to fill gaps in the demo schedule.

You step into the role ready to connect with clients and support your Account Executive. Within weeks, you're confidently making calls, booking product demos, and entering leads and notes in the CRM. You're contributing to prospecting plans and working with drivers to schedule impactful demo trips. Within a few months, your outreach is consistently generating qualified leads and helping the team meet KPIs. Demo schedules are optimized and running smoothly. You’re seen as a reliable point of contact for both internal teams and external clients, and your communication, follow-through, and positive energy are making a direct impact on MoveMobility’s growth.
