Summary

The Territory Manager drives sales success by managing an assigned region, leading a sales team to meet KPIs through structured territory management and proactive performance oversight. This hands-on role includes telephone prospecting across Canada and the U.S., qualifying leads, and developing relationships that align with MoveMobility’s mission. The Territory Manager also oversees demo van scheduling, coordinating with Account Executives and drivers to ensure demonstration trips are fully booked and deliver strong ROI.

Responsibilities

Territory Sales Management • Champion effective management of the assigned territory. • Hold Account Executives and Sales Consultants accountable to team KPIs. • Conduct proactive outbound prospecting calls to uncover new business leads across Canadian and U.S. markets. • Initiate or enhance relationships through phone and email outreach, in collaboration with the Account Executive. • Effectively communicate MoveMobility’s mission and book meetings or demos when applicable. • Qualify prospects using company-defined metrics and send relevant follow-up material. • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify focus areas and build prospecting plans. • Record call notes, new leads, and follow-ups in the company CRM (Salesforce). • Report relevant market and competitor intelligence to Management. • Meet or exceed weekly KPIs (e.g., prospecting calls, qualified leads, opportunities). Demo Vehicle Coordination • Coordinate with Account Executives to plan and execute demonstration trips. • Schedule demo vans through the internal calendar and ensure ROI by maximizing booked appointments. • Coordinate demo van drivers’ schedules and serve as their main point of contact. • Request additional bookings as needed to fill gaps in trip schedules. • Communicate with Operations regarding demo van service or repairs. • Book all demonstration routes using Salesforce Maps. • Ensure demo contacts are properly tracked and linked to relevant Salesforce campaigns.

You’re actively contributing to new lead generation and supporting Account Executives with qualified, well-prepared opportunities. Within a few months, your territory is running with structure and momentum. Demo trips are consistently filled and delivering measurable ROI. CRM data is clean and up to date. You’ve built a strong working rhythm with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and your team is hitting KPIs under your leadership. Your ability to drive performance, build relationships, and keep the region moving forward has made you a key force in advancing MoveMobility’s mission.
