As an Account Executive at MoveMobility, you’ll connect with key markets like health authorities and urban transit providers, driving business growth and building lasting partnerships. You'll prospect new opportunities, qualify leads, and guide them through the sales process while achieving KPIs and exceeding targets. With a focus on understanding client needs, you'll recommend tailored solutions, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and contribute to strategies that align with our company vision. Duties and Responsibilities

•Exceed or achieve weekly MCI (Meaningful Customer Interaction) target •Exceed or achieve new opportunity target •Exceed or achieve annual sales target •Conducts prospecting activities to introduce MoveMobility and uncover new opportunities •Qualify prospects using company metrics •Books meetings and product demonstrations •Input all customer interactions into CRM •Works in conjunction with Business Development Executive for prospecting, qualifying, sales plans, and follow up •Provides details for product quotations through quote configurator software •Conducts thorough needs analysis with prospects as required •Makes recommendations and suggestions for product options and value adds •Prepares floor plans to include with customer inquires as required •Follow up calls, with clients and prospects •Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value •Attends weekly sales meeting •Collaborates with VP Sales & Marketing for forecasting and incentives •Supports or leads account/partner sales activities •Provides support to Marketing as required •Manages Sales Associate and/or Sales Consultants as territory expands and sales increase, and team members are added for support.

Qualifications

Qualifications: •Excellent communication •Results driven •Detail oriented •Strategy Technical Skills and Knowledge – specialized skills, knowledge and abilities needed to perform essential job functions •Ability to think strategically •Demonstrated sales, and negotiation skills •Strong understanding of company product portfolio and MoveMobility Strategy •Strong understating target markets •Research and maintain knowledge target markets of industry •Understanding of MoveMobility departments that support sales Customer Service/Finance/Operations •Time managements skills and ability to manage multiple projects

Education

Post secondary education in Marketing/Business or Sales discipline or relevant work experience •Ongoing Sandler Sales Training

Experience

Sales Experience •Territory management with regular customer contact • Customer Acquisition experience
