Third Party Funding for Wheelchair Vans

Funding Process

Find current grants accepting applications that would be applicable to your organization by searching online. Whenever we are aware about a fund that may be applicable, we post an article on our Resource Centre.

First, check if your organization is eligible for that grant.

Then, what is your purpose and scope for the vehicle. Are vehicles eligible in that grant?

If your organization is applicable, check application deadlines to ensure you have enough time to receive a quote from us and apply.

Check out this article that will help you find the right van for your specific needs.

If you’re still not sure which van is right for you, reach out to us–we know all of the different options can get confusing, and we are here to help!

Our experts are happy to spend the necessary time with you over the phone, via zoom, or in-person to determine which van is right for your organization.

Contact us for a quote to get a solid number for your application. You can also reach us at 844-951-3808.

Check out these two articles to help you write the best funding application:

In your application, we recommend you tell a story. Specifically, you may focus on quality-of-life outcomes, such as:

  • Health and mobility improvements
  • Staff risks that have been mitigated
  • Long term cost savings

Once you’re ready, submit your application to the correct fund. This is usually done online.

Make sure you have other options available at this stage, so that if you are denied funding, you may still be able to afford your vehicle.

Reach out to us as soon as your organization is approved for funding. You’ll need a deposit lined up, so that we can put your van into production once received.

For Personal Users

Third party funding options for a wheelchair accessible van may be available for you. Options are typically available through both government and private organizations. Navigating the waters of funding options can be daunting, but we are here to help you with information needed to apply for wheelchair accessible van funding such as Quotations and vehicle information.

We recommend contacting an Occupational Therapist or other health worker who may be aware of specific programs relevant to you.

Important: eligibility for each funding program varies and not all programs may be applicable for you. This information is provided for informational purposes only.

What happens if you submit the form?

We understand that you don’t want to receive multiple phone calls, emails or spam. You just want to speak to a commercial mobility specialist who can answer your questions about accessible and mobile medical vans.

If you submit the form or request more information from us, here’s what will happen:

  • Within one business day, you’ll receive a phone call from one of our commercial mobility specialists at the phone number you provide. Click here to Meet the Team.
  • If we miss you on the phone, you’ll receive a voice message to call us back. You’ll also get an email to let you know we tried to connect but missed you.
  • Once we’ve connected, your commercial mobility specialist will have a few questions for you to understand what type of vehicle you’re looking for help with.

If at any point during the process you feel we’re just not the right fit for your community or organization, just let us know.
