MoveMobility is looking for an ambitious and strategic Product Specialist to drive our expansion into the USA. In this role, you’ll identify key markets, build relationships with prospective clients, and deliver tailored mobility solutions that meet their unique needs. From conducting market research and face-to-face prospecting to collaborating with internal sales teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in fueling growth and brand awareness. Duties and Responsibilities

Research: •Conducts market research to understand regulations, competitors, pricing, and market potential •Strategizes on which products would be the best fit for each segment researched •Identify target organizations within each segment •Identify key contacts within identified organizations •Locate NAICS and SIC codes for each organization for each Sales Team to research further Prospecting: •Telephone outreach to determine if there is potential fit between our organization and the prospects organization •Electronic (video & email) to gain attention from prospective clients Drop Ins •For those who can’t be reached on the telephone, or to fill out a trip plan, drop in visits to see if there is a fit. •Collaborate with Sales team to find prospective drop ins •Gain insights from drop ins to be shared with the Sales team for follow-up “Day In Life” Visits •Dedicated time with prospective customers in the field, to gain a better understanding and appreciation of the challenges they face •Collaboration with the prospective customers to determine if their program is something that would benefit from being mobile •Gain insight through questions, focusing on where mobilization could improve efficiencies •Recommend floor plans and products to Sales team, at opportunity hand off •Simplify product offerings through insights offered to the prospective clients •Discover what stage of the buying process the prospective client is at and communicate this to the Sales Team at hand off •Challenge the prospective clients’ ideas respectfully and confidently to arrive at their vision effectively Other Duties •Other virtual or F2F product demonstrations as required •Attend trade shows and conferences to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and gain market insights •Share knowledge gained with all Sales Teams •Debrief all opportunities that you have been involved with to determine best practices, and course corrections •Assist Account Executives with closing deals when a face-to-face meeting is required •Assisting during the sales process when required •Meet or exceed personal KPI’s

Qualifications

•Excellent communication •Results driven •Detail oriented •Strategy Technical Skills and Knowledge – specialized skills, knowledge and abilities needed to perform essential job functions •Ability to think strategically •Demonstrated qualifying skills, and negotiation skills •Ability to overcome objections •Passionate about sales and helping customers to overcome their challenges •Strong understanding of company product portfolio and MoveMobility Strategy •Strong understating target markets •Ability to pass off a deal once qualified •Research and maintain knowledge target markets of industry •Time managements skills and ability to manage multiple projects •Valid driver license •Must be able to travel within Canada and the USA •Tech savvy •Salesforce experience an asset

Education

Post secondary education in Marketing/Business or Sales discipline or relevant work experience • Formal Sales Training

Experience

5-years Sales Experience • Territory management with regular customer contact • Customer Acquisition experience
