Summary

The Sales Associate plays a key role in MoveMobility’s sales success by supporting prospecting efforts across Canada. Working closely with Account Executives, this role builds awareness and relationships with target markets through phone and email outreach. They qualify leads, schedule meetings or demos, and coordinate demo van trips to maximize ROI. By maintaining organized CRM records and collaborating across teams, the Sales Associate helps MoveMobility grow its client base and meet critical outreach targets.

Responsibilities

Prospecting & Sales Support •Conduct outbound calls to start or deepen relationships with prospects. •Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and uncover new business leads. •Effectively communicate MoveMobility’s vision and services to prospective clients. •Qualify prospects using company-defined criteria and send follow-up information as needed. •Book meetings and demos for Account Executives when applicable. •Record detailed call notes, new leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system. •Share relevant industry insights with Management to support strategic planning. •Work with Marketing & Sales to develop focused prospecting plans. •Attend weekly sales meetings and report on outreach activity. •Meet or exceed KPIs including MCIs and opportunity generation. Demo Vehicle Coordination •Plan and execute demo trips in collaboration with Account Executives. •Schedule vans using the demo calendar, ensuring robust booking to achieve ROI goals. •Coordinate closely with demo drivers on schedules, appointment details, and troubleshooting. •Communicate with Operations for any needed demo van service or repairs. •Request additional appointments from Account Executives as needed to fill routes. •Book demo routes through Salesforce Maps and add all demo contacts to Salesforce campaigns.

Tech-Savvy & Adaptable – You’re quick to learn CRM systems, scheduling tools, and mapping software, and can type at least 45 WPM to keep up in a fast-paced environment. Goal-Oriented & Accountable – You understand the importance of meeting MCIs and qualified leads metrics and take ownership of hitting or exceeding them. Calm Under Pressure – You handle last-minute changes or challenging calls with composure and a solutions mindset. Strategic Thinker & Researcher – You know how to find new prospects, understand target markets, and support MoveMobility’s product strategy with informed outreach. Time-Managed & Reliable – You keep to schedules, follow through on tasks, and stay ahead of deadlines.

Software/Technology/Platforms We Use

Proficiency in CRM systems, Salesforce Maps, scheduling, and general computer software is a strong asset.
