Summary

To elevate our digital presence and support organizational growth, the Web Developer will be responsible for developing responsive, user-centered WordPress websites that integrate effectively with marketing tools and analytics platforms. Collaborating with marketing, UX, and data teams, you will optimize web performance and lead conversion. Your contributions will play a vital role in advancing our mission: providing accessible, innovative mobility solutions to communities across Canada.

Responsibilities

Website Development & Customization • Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using WordPress and Elementor. • Customize themes and plugins to meet project needs. • Troubleshoot layout, styling, responsiveness, and performance issues using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP (WordPress-based). • Ensure SEO best practices and troubleshoot website issues • Stay updated on web development trends. • Support marketing goals with light development and problem-solving, including building small tools (e.g., a product configurator), customizing plugins, and fixing tracking/reporting issues. Platform Integration & Automation • Integrate websites with HubSpot, Salesforce, and other platforms for automation and lead tracking. • Integrate and troubleshoot marketing tools and platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), resolving issues when data or tracking doesn’t align. Performance & Optimization • Optimize website performance, speed, and user experience. • Implement strategies for conversion optimization and lead generation. Tracking & Analytics • Collaborate with teams to set up and maintain tracking tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics). • Assist with A/B testing, event tracking, and user behavior analysis.
