MoveMobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relations Fulfillment Specialist in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support sales and production teams by finalizing orders, securing design approvals, and updating customers throughout the process.

The Customer Relations Fulfillment Specialist serves as a key liaison between the customer, sales team and the production team, ensuring seamless communication throughout the vehicle customization and production process. This role is responsible for finalizing order details with the customer, getting customer sign offs on designs, and keeping the customer updated as their vehicle is in production. and assisting the Sales Operations Director with tasks such as preparing documents and identifying tender opportunities. The Customer Relations Fulfillment Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the efficiency of the sales and production processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

•Is the primary contact for the customer from order confirmation through vehicle delivery •Coordinates and collects customer deposit to secure production slot •Works with the customer to finalize finer details with their vehicle orders such as custom products, decals or wraps etc. •Gets final sign off from the customer for all custom components of their order •Provides customer with updates on their vehicle production •Communicates when delivery will be made •Follows up with customer post delivery to ensure satisfaction •Provides customer with guidance through supporting documentation to register their vehicle •Act as the primary liaison between the sales and the production team, post sale during the vehicle customization and production process •Finalize details for customer vehicle orders, ensuring all customization requests are accurately communicated to production •Assist the Sales Operations Director with preparing documents as necessary •Create and maintain documents related to vehicle orders, production schedules, and customer communication •Coordinates and collects final payment from customer ahead of releasing vehicle for delivery •Research and identify tender opportunities to support business growth. •Support the sales team with administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency. •Ensure accurate and timely communication between customers and internal teams to meet customer expectations. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Qualifications

•Excellent written and verbal communication •Exceptional customer service skills •Project Management Experience is an asset •Strong attention to detail •Strong organization and planning skills •Initiative •Ability to multitask •Calm under pressure •Ability to think strategically •Tech savvy in MS Office, Google etc. •Strong understanding of company and client base

Education

High School diploma or equivalent • Post secondary education in related field such as Business Administration or Project Management would be an asset

Experience

Minimum three-year as Sales Assistant • Customer Service Representative
